This policy explains how Radiant Code & Connect Private Limited ("we") handles personal data on this website and in the BuilderCRM web and mobile apps.
Who is responsible
For this website and for demo requests, Radiant Code & Connect Private Limited decides how personal data is used. Inside the BuilderCRM product, each customer decides what data they store about their own leads and clients, and we process it on their behalf.
What we collect
- Details you send through our forms: name, company, phone, email, city and your message.
- For product users: account details, the records your company stores in BuilderCRM, chat messages, documents and files, and device tokens used to send push notifications.
How we use it
To reply to you, arrange demos, provide and support the product, keep it secure, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.
Where it is stored
Each customer's data lives in its own database. Documents and files are stored in Amazon Web Services cloud storage in the Mumbai region, separated by customer.
Service providers
We use providers for cloud hosting, file storage, the WhatsApp Business API, email delivery, push notifications and error monitoring. They process data only to provide their service to us.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while we are in contact and for a reasonable period after. Product data is kept for the life of the customer's subscription and returned or deleted at the end of the contract.
Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023
For personal data that a builder stores in BuilderCRM about its leads, customers and staff, the builder is the Data Fiduciary and Radiant Code & Connect Private Limited processes that data on the builder's behalf and on its instructions. For data collected through this website, such as demo requests, Radiant Code & Connect Private Limited is the Data Fiduciary.
Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you can ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct, complete or erase it, nominate another person to exercise your rights, and raise a grievance. If your data is stored in BuilderCRM by one of our customers, please contact that company first, as it decides how your data is used.
Grievances
To exercise your rights or raise a grievance, write to the Grievance Officer, Radiant Code & Connect Private Limited at hello@buildercrm.in. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
