Terms of service.

These terms apply to the BuilderCRM website and to subscriptions to the BuilderCRM product provided by Radiant Code & Connect Private Limited. A signed order or agreement with a customer takes precedence over these terms, except that no fee is refundable once paid.

The service

BuilderCRM is provided as a subscription. Each customer receives a dedicated instance of the application and database for the term of their plan.

Your data

You own the data you put into BuilderCRM. You can export it at any time, and we provide a full export on request at the end of your contract.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other customers' data, send unlawful messages through integrated channels, or break the policies of providers such as WhatsApp.

Fees

Fees, billing periods and user counts are set out in your order. All fees are non-refundable once paid, as set out in our refund and cancellation policy. Third-party charges, such as WhatsApp conversation fees, are billed as described in your plan.

Availability and support

We work to keep the service available and supported as described in your plan.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the twelve months before a claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
