Refund and cancellation.

No refunds

All payments made for BuilderCRM are final and non-refundable once paid, in all circumstances. This covers subscription fees, onboarding and setup fees, training, additional users and add-ons.

No refund is given if the service is not used, if a subscription is cancelled, downgraded or ended before the end of its term, or if users or modules are removed during a term.

Cancellation

You can choose not to renew your subscription by telling us in writing before the renewal date. Cancelling stops future charges only. The service stays available until the end of the period already paid for.

Third-party charges

Charges billed by third parties, such as Meta for WhatsApp conversations, are governed by those providers' own terms.
